We stayed at this house with a group of friends for a wedding in town. The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together but also space to be private. We had everything we needed with plenty of appliances, dishes, and the ice maker was a nice touch! We all felt at home and every friend complimented the amenities for their wedding weekend stay. Thanks for letting us use your space to gather with friends for such a wonderful weekend!
JC was very responsive and friendly. Place was accurately described and maintained. The pool table and backyard give you plenty of things to do. Recommend for anyone checking out the Bradenton area

JC’s home was perfect for our spring break vacation! 11 people total. “Ranch style”Layout was great and we all had plenty of room. Easy check in, location was perfect & a super quick drive to AMI. Backyard area with pool and putting green was amazing for those nights after a long Beach day. Communication was awesome with JC and he responded quickly and was helpful with all requests. We would definitely rent from JC in the future!
Everything we were hoping for – looked exactly like all the photos. Huge space, everyone felt like they had their own little space, lots of nooks for conversation, so many fun touches. The pool table was the hit of the vacation!

JCs home was great for spending a weekend at the beach with some family. It was incredibly clean and so spacious with tons of amenities and things to do for the entire family. The pool was great, the kitchens were amazing and we really enjoyed the pool table and foosball. The location was wonderful for taking a break from the beach and relaxing for the night. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family and would love to stay here again!
My husband and I picked this Airbnb to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our 6 children. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. Our children range in ages from 24-13 and it meet everyone’s needs.
We love to cook and the huge kitchen and outdoor grill area was perfect for our needs. We rarely ate out. At night we would make s’mores by the fire pit.
My family loves to hang out together and play games. We had plenty of opportunity to enjoy both!! Whether to was playing pool, foos ball, board games or hanging in the pool.
Being close to the beach and other attractions was a plus. We visited three different beaches during our stay and did some local shopping in Anna Marie, Sarasota and Bradenton.
JC was quick to reply and very helpful. We will definitely book another family vacation at this location in the future!!
We all loved the house, we felt at home the moment we walked in. So spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen and grilling! The pool was so clean and the water was the perfect temperature! So sad to leave and not take the backyard with us!
The only not-so-great thing that I can comment on is the AC system. The front rooms were burning all day and night even with the AC set to a low setting. The back rooms were not as hot but still not cold.
JC’s place is a hidden gem of Bradenton and absolutely fantastic! Amazing oasis; the space, the decorations and all the way down to the tiny details were perfect. JC was so responsive the entire time if anything was needed and the stay was beautiful. Thank you for such a lovely residence!
